Sawadee (Helo in Thai). Bon is the owner and chef of Thai Origin. He has been in the hospitality industry for over 40 years. In 1975 he graduated and completed his formal training at Culinary College in London, Endland. Over the years, he has gained a broad experience in cooking from working in multiple hotels, continental restaurants, Thai restaurants and organising various food events & festivals. Read more
